You agree to notify NBlog immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. NBlog will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
c. Account Verification:
NBlog reserves the right to verify your identity and age before granting access to certain features and if anything looks suspicious for the use of the Service. This may involve requesting identification or other documents.
4. Service Description
NBlog is a free to use platform that enables anyone to share content with their Followers (“Followers”). Users can set subscription prices and earn revenue through Subscriptions and other interactions. The Service may include features such as:
a. Content Sharing: Creators can upload photos, videos, and other types of content for their Followers/Subscribers.
b. Communication Tools: Followers and Subscribers may send messages, comments, or other interactions to any user that allow that to happen.
5. Content Guidelines
a. User Content:
All content uploaded, shared, or otherwise made available by Any User is their sole responsibility. NBlog does not endorse any user-generated content and is not liable for its accuracy, legality, or appropriateness.
b. Prohibited Content:
Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing any content that:
i. Is illegal or promotes illegal activities.
ii. Contains nudity or sexually explicit material that violates community guidelines.
iii. Is abusive, defamatory, threatening, or harassing.
iv. Violates the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
v. Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
NBlog reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines, at its sole discretion.
6. Payment and Fees
a. Subscription Fees:
Users must pay the subscription fee set by the Creator to access their content. Fees may vary and are subject to change. Any changes to subscription fees will be communicated to Fans prior to the change taking effect.
b. Revenue Share:
NBlog retains a percentage of the subscription fees as a commission. The specific commission rate will be disclosed on the Service. Creators will receive payments according to a predetermined schedule, subject to the payment processor’s terms.
c. Payment Processing:
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By using the Service, you agree to comply with the payment processor’s terms of service. NBlog is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing, including but not limited to delays or transaction failures.
d. Refunds:
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a Creator is found to be in violation of these Terms, Fans may report the issue to NBlog, which may lead to a refund at NBlog discretion.
7. User Conduct
a. Harassment or abuse of other users, including hate speech or threatening behavior.
b. Impersonation of any person or entity, including NBlog representatives.
c. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
d. Disrupting the operation of the Service or engaging in any form of automated data collection (e.g., bots, scrapers).
8. Intellectual Property
a. Ownership:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of NBlog and its licensors. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b. User License:
Subject to these Terms, NBlog grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents.
c. Creator Content:
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By sharing content on the Service, Creators grant NBlog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute their content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
9. Termination
a. Termination by You:
You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in your account settings. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Service, and your data may be deleted as per our data retention policies.
b. Termination by NBlog:
NBlog reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at its discretion, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms or any conduct that NBlog deems inappropriate or harmful.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NBlog disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. b. Arbitration:
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and NBlog agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the Belgian Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CEPANI), conducted in Belgium and in English. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
17. General Provisions
a. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
b. Waiver:
No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term or condition, and any failure by NBlog to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
c. Assignment:
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without NBlog prior written consent. NBlog may assign or transfer these Terms at any time without notice.
